After 10 years of leasing in another company Doug believed he had a better idea. MVL was born and many valuable skills were honed over the past 15 years - preparing financials, negotiating purchases, negotiating loan rates with banks and all facets of client service. To this day Doug maintains his hands-on approach and instills it every MVL employee. "The fruit of this labour is that any one of us can pick up the ball and run for any MVL client", comments Doug.

Ian's principle focus for the past 23 years has been as a Wholesale Specialist delving into the subtleties of making the best purchase / sell decisions. "Whether I'm buying for inventory or moving a trade-in that doesn't fit our client profile", says Ian adding "it still comes down to people and listening to their needs." How long have you been a Class 'A' mechanic Terry? With a grin he responds, "Wow! since October, 1966 - so 30 years and still enjoying the challenges." While Terry maintains a 100% hands-on approach it isn't because he doesn't trust his 3 Class 'A' mechanics and 2 enthusiastic apprentices - it's just in the client's best interest. Terry adds, "I'm quite happy to sit down with our client and the operating mechanic to make certain we're all in the same movie."
